摘要
智能变电站二次设备屏柜的装置机壳、二次回路电缆屏蔽层、电流互感器、电压互感器中性线均涉及接地安装问题。长期以来,不同类型的二次接地线对于屏柜接地铜排的接装选择问题一直存在争议。各种电力行业的规范、标准、反措对此类问题的描述不够清晰,造成安装单位面对屏柜二次接地铜排安装问题时做出错误选择。从屏柜接地铜排设计目标出发,分析了各种屏柜二次回路接地线的工作原理,探讨了二次屏柜各接地线的接装原则,对于二次设备安装、调试、监督工作具有一定的指导作用。
Grounding installation in smart substation involves equipment encasement, secondary circuit cable shield and neutral lines of current transformer and voltage transformer.The selection for different types of secondary grounding wires to fix different copper grounding bars has been controversial. It is not specifically identified in various industry specifications, standards, and countermeasures, by which power installation technicians are led to make erroneous choices in specific work. Based upon the design principle of copper grounding bars for cabinet, the working principles of secondary circuit grounding wires in various cabinets are analyzed, which could offer direct instructions to power technicians in installation, commissioning and supervision.
