摘要
针对火电厂粉煤灰料位检测中接触式料位计易因挂灰出现误报警,影响输灰系统正常运行、能耗高的现状,设计了一种无源核子料位计。该料位计安装在灰斗和仓泵外侧面,通过检测粉煤灰放射出的γ射线来计算灰位,实现绝对的非接触式测量,并具有抗干扰能力强、温度自适应及煤种自适应的创新性特点。
The contact-type level-sensing device which is used in fly ash level detection is easy to get alarmed falsely due to ash contact, which affects the normal operation of the ash conveying system and leads to high energy consumption. In view of this problem, a passive nuclear level gauge is designed.The level gauge is installed on the outer side of the ash bucket and the bin pump. The ash position is detected by detecting the gamma ray emitted by the fly ash to achieve absolute non-contact measurement. Its innovation is embodied in strong anti-interference ability, temperature adaptive and automatic identification of coal quality.
