摘要
为提高矿山配料装车效率,以及实现配料装车系统自动化,将PLC技术应用到配料装车系统中。在对已有配料装车系统的模型机进行功能分解的基础上,设计基于PLC的矿山自动配料装车控制系统,可以实现进料、车辆检测和配料各环节全程自动化控制。
In order to improve the efficiency of the loading system and realize the automation of the loading system, the PLC technology is applied to the loading system. Based on functional decomposition in the model machine of batching loading system, mine automatic batching control system is designed based on PLC loading, it can achieve feeding, vehicle detection and automatic control of all aspects of the entire process of ingredients.
