滨海地区淤泥质黏土水泥土搅拌桩施工技术研究 被引量:6

摘要 针对滨海地区淤泥质黏土特殊地质条件,以滨海某危废填埋场工程为例,使用Geo-Slope软件中的Slope/W模块功能,对防渗沟槽进行稳定性分析,同时有针对性的对水泥土搅拌桩施工工艺技术试验研究,对3种水泥土搅拌桩施工工艺的无侧限抗压强度、不同水泥掺量施工工艺进行对比分析。研究结果表明:水泥搅拌桩能够对滨海地区淤泥质黏土地基起到很好的支护加固作用,并且三轴搅拌桩机四搅四喷工艺试验强度为最佳,该工艺在30%水泥掺入量情况下能够较充分的进行土体混合搅拌,达到试验设计强度要求。 Aiming at the special geological conditions of muddy clay in coastal area,taking a hazardous waste landfill project in Lianyungang as an example. Using the module of Slope/W module in Geo-Slope software,the stability analysis of the anti sewer groove is carried out,and meanwhile,the experimental research on the construction technology of cement soil mixed piles is tested. The construction technology of unconfined compressive strength and cement content of three kinds of cement soil mixed piles are compared and analyzed. The results show that the cement mixed piles can play a favorable supporting and reinforcing role for the coastal clay mucky soil,and four mixed four spray test strength of the three shaft mixed pile machine was best,the process in the content of 30% cement content can be more fially mixed soil mixing,to achieve the test design strength requirements.
