摘要
玻璃纤维增强塑料(Glass Fiber Reinforced Polymer,缩写为GFRP)是一种轻质、高强、耐腐蚀新型复合材料,将GFRP锚杆替代传统钢质锚杆具有施工方便、工后无残留等优点。针对直径为16 mm、20 mm、22 mm、25 mm、28 mm、32 mm的GFRP锚杆制作拉拔试件并进行拉拔破坏试验,通过测试试验过程GFRP锚杆滑移量、粘结强度、粘结应力、外观破坏等定性定量指标,进而分析分析GFRP锚杆水泥砂浆尺寸效应粘结性能。试验验结果表明,GFRP锚杆破坏过程可分为加载过程可分为滑移段(包括微滑移段、滑移段)、接触面剥离阶段及下降段,直径f 16~f 25锚杆初始滑移强度较低,其他直径的初始滑移强度较高,基本达到极限峰值强度的30%以上,直径小于25 mm时,直径对粘结强度的影响不再明显,研究为相关工程研究提供参考。
Glass fiber reinforced plastic (abbreviated as GFRP)is a new type of lightweight,high strength and corrosion resistant composite. It has the advantages of convenient construction and no residue after working with GFRP reinforcement instead of traditional steel bolt. In this pa- per,the tensile test parts of GFRP bolt with diameter of 16mm,20mm,22mm,25mm,28mm,32mm are made and drawing failure test. The qual- itative and quantitative indexes of GFRP bolt slip,bond strength,bond stress and appearance damage are tested in the test process,and then the size effect bond performance of the GFRP anchor cement mortar is analyzed and analyzed. The test results show that the failure process of GFRP bolt can be divided into micro slip section,slip section, stripping section and descending section. The initial slip strength of the diameter of 16mm- diameter 25mm bolt is lower,and the initial slip strength of other diameter is higher,which basically reaches more than 30% of the ultimate peak strength,and the diameter is smaller than 25mm,and the influence of diameter on the bond strength is lower. It is no longer ob- vious. The study provides reference for related engineering research.
