启迪思维 教学相长——家庭教育话语互动滋养模式

摘要 文章基于17个生活案例,以多元思维能力培养和教学相长为导向,以提升子女解决问题能力为归宿,提出家庭教育话语的五种互动滋养模式:(1)优先培养孩子的思维能力,聚焦逻辑思维、批判性思维和创造性思维能力培养。(2)开启多窗口互动滋养模式,进行准确判断、恰当表达和自主选择的常态化训练。(3)兼顾榜样示范和互动协商,强化成本意识、心理耐挫力和社会化训练前置引导。(4)开启供需冲突延时模式,以时间换空间,为而不争,拓展可持续增量复利通道。(5)开启角色预设互换模式,凸显教学相长,适时留白,演绎授之以渔和学以致用。 Guided by the concepts of cultivating multi-dimensional thinking abilities and fostering mutual development of teaching and learning,this article illustrates 17 daily discourse cases and proposes five interactive nurturing models of family education discourse to promote the children’s problem-solving skills.First,prioritize thinking ability cultivation,with focuses on logical thinking,critical thinking and creative thinking.Second,provide multiwindow interactive nurturing trainings on a regular basis,with focuses on accurate judgement,appropriate expression and independent choices.Third,strive a balance in model demonstration and interactive negotiation,with focuses on reinforcement of cost awareness,anti-pressure ability and pre-guidance of socialization.Fourth,device a delayed strategy to handle supply and demand conflicts,showing patience and tolerance for sustainable development in terms of increment and compound interest.Fifth,make attempts to switch role presuppositions to foster mutual development of teaching and learning,take timely leaves and exemplify the significance of strategy employment and application of knowledge into practice.
