摘要
以四溴双酚A和甲基氯丙烯、氢氧化钠为原料合成甲基四溴醚。确定了最佳的工艺条件为:四溴双酚A∶甲基氯丙烯∶氢氧化钠摩尔比1:2:2,,反应温度为60~75℃,反应时间为5.5~6 h,产品收率达96%。
Methyl tetrabromoether was synthesized with tetrabromobisphenol A, methyl allyl chloride, and sodium hydroxide as raw materials. The optimal condition was determined as follows: the molar ratio of tetra- bromobisphenol A, methyl allyl chloride and sodium hydroxide is 1:2:2, the dosage of the dichloroethane is 60 mL, the reaction temperature is 60-75 %, the reaction time is 5.5-6 hours, the resulted yield rate will be 96%.
