摘要
通过为期16周32课时的教学实验,研究拓展训练作用于大学生社会适应能力的效果,观察大学生社会适应能力的变化情况。实验结果显示,实验班社会适应能力及处理同伴技能、自我管理技能、学习技能、服从技能、表达意愿技能均高于对照班,并具有显著性差异。可以认为,拓展训练对于大学生社会适应能力具有显著的提高作用。高校应将拓展训练与体育教学进行有机结合,完善拓展训练课程体系。
Taking the effect of outward training on social adaptability of college students as the research object.We observed the changes of the social adaptability of college students through the teaching experiment of 16-week and 32-hour.The experimental results showed that the social adaptability and the ability of handling skills,self-management skills,Learning skills,obedience skills,expressive desire skills of the experimental class are all higher than the comparative class,and have significant difference,which proves that the outward training has a significant effect on improving the social adaptability of college studentsColleges and universities should combine outward training with physical education teaching and improve the system of outward training courses.
