The teaching supervision team in colleges and universities is the main force to supervise and ensure the quality of teaching,and there are problems such as unreasonable team structure and imperfect operation mechanism. This article analyzes the countermeasures of supervision team construction from the aspects of strengthening supervision institution construction,teaching supervision system construction,optimizing the team structure,and improving supervision quality.
