高校“一导二师三保障”育人模式的探索与实践

习近平总书记在全国高校思想政治教育工作会议中强调要坚持把立德树人作为中心环节,把思想政治教育工作贯穿教育教学全过程,实现全程育人、全方位育人。如何根据习近平新时代中国特色社会主义思想和新时代特点,做到因事而化、因时而进、因势而新地开展思想政治工作,建立起全方位全员全程的思想政治教育育人模式,吉林农业科技学院党委广泛调研和潜心研究基础上探索出"一导二师三保障"育人模式,经过实践认证,效果显著。

As higher education cause develops from elite education and mass education,more than 36 million Chinese students are studying at a high level every year,and the ideological and political education affair is also showing a new development trend due to the changes in the international and domestic environment. According to Xi Jinping's new era of socialism with Chinese characteristics,because of from time to time,because of the potential new land to carry out the ideological and political work should be carried out due to cause,time and situation,and a omnidirectional floor full name of the ideological and political education educational model should be set up as Xi Jinping emphasizes. The deputy party secretary of student work in Jilin agricultural science and Technology University first comes up with "one guide,two divisions and three security measures"teaching model with great results through the practice of 10 colleges. In short,1 + 2 > 3 equals to the infinite power of the crew. This paper tries to explore the construction and practical effects of this model,hoping to provoke thinking in colleagues.
