我国高校后勤改革是自1985年政府出台《中共中央关于教育体制改革的决定》这一政策性文件开始,随着我国社会经济的迅速发展,高校后勤在不断加以改革创新,目前大多数高校已结合实际情况,建立健全相应的管理机制以及运行机制,在一定程度上使得相关的后勤服务市场逐渐趋向于社会,各高校以社会资源为关键点,使其对高等院校的建设和发展具有积极影响。但是,随着社会的发展和进步,高校后勤的社会化改革在推行的过程中存在较多的问题,需要采取有效措施加以改进和完善,从而保证高校后勤改革的顺利进行。本文阐述了高校后勤管理的主要工作内容,并对高校后勤实施社会化改革的必要性进行了探讨,针对目前后勤社会化改革中存在的问题进行了分析,并提出了相关的强化措施,论述了我国高校后勤改革的发展方向,以飨读者。

Since the Central Committee of the CPC's Decision on Educational System Reform in 1985,the logistics reform is carried out in China 's colleges and Universities. With the rapid development of our country 's society and economy,the logistics of colleges and universities experiencea series of reforms and innovations. At present,most colleges and universities,based on their actual situations,have established and completed the corresponding management mechanism and operation mechanism with a gradual transition to the logistics service marketization.Various colleges and universities usethe social resources as a major factor to bring a positive impact on the construction and development of institutions of higher education. However,with the development and progress of society,there are many problems in the process of carrying out socialization reform of university logistics,and it is necessary to take effective measures to ensure the smooth progress of the logistics reform in colleges and universities. This paper expounds the main contents of logistics management in colleges and universities with a discussion on the necessity of carrying out socialization reform in logistics service in colleges and universities,as well as an analysis on the existing problems in the socialization of logistics. It puts forward the relevant strengthening measures and a discussion on the development direction of our university logistics reform.
