升流式微生物催化电解反应器对酸性媒介黑2B的强化脱色

摘要 针对传统偶氮染料处理方法效率低的缺点,利用新型升流式微生物催化电解反应器(UBER)强化水中偶氮染料酸性媒介黑2B(MB2B)还原脱色。反应器采用上升流、连续供水的运行方式,在阴阳极体积比为2:1、水力停留时间为48 h、外加电压为0.5 V、进水浓度为400 mg/L条件下,脱色率达到98.2%。UBER对MB2B的脱色由阴极电化学还原和阳极微生物氧化共同作用,其中阴极占主导。 Due to the low efficiency of traditional azo dye treatment process, a novel up-flow biocatalyzed electrolytic reactor(UBER) was used for acid mordant black 2B(MB2B) decolorization. The reactor was operated in an up-flow, continuous flow mode, and the decolorization rate was 98.2% at cathode and anode volume ratio of 2 : 1, HRT of 48 h, applied voltage of 0. 5 V, influent MB2B concentration of 400 mg/L. MB2B was mainly discolored by electrochemical reaction in cathode zone of UBER. The bio-anode also made some contribution to the decolorization.
