摘要
基于毛细管电泳检测平台,利用筛选的25对玉米SSR引物,采集了上海地区32个玉米品种的DNA指纹图谱,并运用UPGMA法进行遗传多样性分析。结果表明:32个玉米品种的遗传相似系数在0.460—0.900;相似系数为0.53时,可将32个玉米品种分为三大类群。该研究可为当地玉米种子市场的品种管理提供一种快速、有效的鉴定方法。
Based on the capillary electrophoresis testing platform, 25 pairs of maize SSR primers were screened and the DNA fingerprints of 32 maize varieties in Shanghai were collected, and the genetic diversity was analyzed by UPGMA method. The results showed that the genetic similarity coefficient of the 32 maize varieties was 0. 460—0.900,when the similarity coefficient was 0.53,32 maize varieties could be divided into 3 groups.This study could provide an rapid and effective identification method for the variety management of local maize seed market.
