引发对不同温度下番茄种子萌发和幼苗生长的影响 被引量:5

Effects of priming on seed germination and seedling growth of tomato under different temperature

摘要 在15℃、20℃和25℃条件下,研究了固体基质引发与哈茨木霉菌结合对番茄种子萌发和幼苗生长的影响。结果表明:固体基质引发显著提高了不同温度下各处理番茄种子的发芽势、发芽指数和活力指数;显著提高了幼苗出苗率、出苗指数、幼苗株高、根长和鲜重,缩短了平均出苗时间;显著提高了萌发种子中α-淀粉酶的活性和可溶性糖的含量。相比于单一固体基质引发,固体基质引发与哈茨木霉菌结合提高了番茄种子发芽指数、幼苗株高、根长及萌发种子中α-淀粉酶的活性。SMP+T2处理显著提高了20℃下番茄种子的发芽指数、活力指数和幼苗株高,其他指标差异未达显著水平。 The effects of solid matrix priming in combination with Trichoderma harzianum on seed germination and seedling growth of tomato were studied at 15 ℃,20 ℃ and 25 ℃. The results showed that the germination potential, germination index and vigor index of primed tomato seeds increased significantly;Emergence rate, emergence index, seedling height, root length and fresh weight increased significantly, and the average emergence time was significantly shortened; The α-amylase activity and soluble sugar content in germinating seeds increased significantly compared with non-primed tomato seeds under different temperatures.Compared with the single solid matrix priming, solid matrix priming in combination with Trichoderma harzianum could improve the germination index, seedling height, root length and the α-amylase activity in germinating seeds. SMP +T2 treatment significantly increased the seed germination index,vigor index and seedling height at20 ℃,but other indexes had no significant difference.
