大棚自然高温对黄瓜嫁接植株生理特性及果实品质的影响 被引量:6

Effects of natural high temperature in greenhouse on physiological characteristics and fruit quality of grafted cucumber plants

摘要 以黑籽南瓜(Cucurbita ficifolia Bouché)、日本南瓜(Cucurbita moschata)、'甬砧8号'白籽南瓜(Cucurbita maxima×Cucurbita moschata'Yongzhen No.8')、'五叶香'丝瓜(Luffa cylindrica'Wuyexiang')和'傲美'苦瓜(Momordica charantin'Aomei')为砧木,以'春秋王2号'黄瓜(Cucumis sativus'Chunqiuwang No.2')为接穗,研究了大棚自然高温对不同砧木黄瓜嫁接植株生理特性及果实品质的影响。结果表明:高温下嫁接植株和自根植株叶片中丙二醛和脯氨酸含量升高,根系活力下降,且嫁接植株叶片中丙二醛含量低于自根植株,脯氨酸含量和根系活力高于自根植株;不同砧木嫁接植株果实的可溶性蛋白含量基本无差异,果实可溶性糖含量、游离氨基酸含量及VC含量则表现为嫁接植株高于自根植株,其中以'五叶香'丝瓜砧木嫁接植株的果实品质为最佳。 Taking Cucurbita ficifolia Bouche, Cucurbita moschata, Cucurbita maxima x Cucurbita moschata' Yongzhen No. 8 ', Luffa cylindrica ' Wuyexiang ' and Momordica charantin ' Aomei ' as rootstocks, Cucumis sativus ' Chunqiuwang No. 2 ' as scion, the effects of natural high temperature in greenhouse on physiological characteristics and fruit quality of grafted cucumber with different rootstocks were studied. The results showed that under high temperature, the MDA content and proline content in the leaves of grafted plants and self-rooted plants increased and the root activity decreased. The MDA content in the leaves of grafted plants was lower than that of the self-rooted plants,and the proline content and root activity were higher than those of the self-rooted plants.There was no difference in soluble protein content between the grafted plants with different rootstocks. The soluble sugar content,free amino acid content and VC content of grafted plants were higher than those of self-rooted plants. Among them, the fruit quality of grafted plants with Luff a cylindrica 'Wuyexiang' was the best.
