上海农产品价格监测与分析预测系统构建

Construction of agricultural product price monitoring and forecasting analytic system in Shanghai

针对现有农产品价格监测系统采集方式繁琐、采集种类单一、覆盖范围小、共享不足等问题,采用面向服务的架构、移动互联网、网络爬虫等新一代信息技术构建了上海农产品价格监测与分析预测系统,该系统聚合了上海市及全国主要省市农产品生产者价格、批发市场价格、零售市场价格等数据,具有采集监测、统计分析、趋势预警、信息发布等功能。应用结果表明,该系统提高了农产品价格采集与监管的效率,同时可为政府主管部门分析决策提供宏观数据,为农业生产主体、交易主体及市民提供个性化价格信息服务。

The existing agricultural commodity price monitoring system had many problems such as complicated collection method, single collection type, small coverage and insufficient sharing. Shanghai agricultural product price monitoring and forecasting system was constructed by using new generation information technology such as service-oriented architecture, mobile Internet and network crawler. The system aggregated the data of producer price, wholesale market price, retail market price in Shanghai and the major provinces and cities in China. The system had the functions of collecting and monitoring, statistical analysis, trend prediction,information release and so on. The application results showed that the system could greatly improve the efficiency of agricultural product price collection, also could provide data for the analysis and decision-making of government departments. The system could also provide customized pricing information for agricultural producers,agricultural traders and citizens.
