王阳明"知行合一"思想是中华民族的宝贵思想财富。习近平总书记提出的"三严三实"的重要论述和作风建设理论,涵盖了"知行合一"的思想。本文结合王阳明的"知行观",首先分析了"三严三实"产生的历史背景和现实基础,重点论述"三严"是"三实"的基础、指向和保障,"三实"是"三严"的体现、归宿和检验,"三严"与"三实"二者合一并进、相辅相成、辩证统一。最后,着重探讨青年党员作为党的作风建设的重要主体,"三严三实"对提升其党性修养的意义与价值所在。

It mainly discusses Three Stricts is the basis, guidance and guarantee of Three Steadies while Three Steadies is reflection, end-result and inspection of Three Stricts, they functions as a whole and remains in a relationship of complementary and dialectical unity. In the end, the paper emphasizes the significances and value of Three Stricts and Three Steadies to the improvement of Party spirit since the youth CPC members are considered as the main body on construction of CPC＇s style.
