摘要
我国已进入老龄社会,帮助老年人提高健康水平、提升生活质量不仅是新时代人们对美好生活的向往与追求,也是我国和谐社会建设的应有之义。本文旨在发掘整理《黄帝内经》中"重中尚和"的运动观,提出"形劳而不倦"的运动之道、"和为圣度"的运动旨归,以及悠闲散步、导引按跷、呼吸吐纳等运动方法 ,以指导老年人开展适宜的体育运动,提升老年人健康水平和生活质量。
As China has entered an aging society, to help the elderly to improve their health and quality of life is not only the common pursuit in contemporary times, but also embodies the significance of building a harmonious society in China. This article is intended to discover and organize the concept of exercise, i.e., " the golden mean and harmony" in the Huangdi Neijing, and put forward the rules of sport including " moderate work without fatigue ", "priority on harmony", as well as the methods such as leisurely walking, massage and breathing, in order to guide the elderly for suitable sports and improve their health level and life quality.
