针灸及康复治疗对脑梗死后偏瘫患者肢体功能恢复的影响

Effects of acupuncture and rehabilitation on limb function recovery of hemiplegic patients after cerebral infarction

目的 :探讨分析针灸联合康复治疗对脑梗死后偏瘫患者肢体功能恢复的临床效果。方法 :本次研究纳入对象为我院从2014年2月至2016年3月收治的116例脑梗死后偏瘫患者,应用数字随机法将其平均分成两组,对照组58例,讨论组58例,对照组患者单纯应用康复训练治疗,讨论组患者在此基础上加以针灸治疗,对比两组患者治疗效果以及肢体功能恢复情况。结论:脑梗死偏瘫患者给予康复联合针灸治疗能够改善患者的神经功能缺损,从而帮助患者恢复肢体功能,提高生活质量,值得在临床中推广应用。

objective to explore the clinical effect of acupuncture combined rehabilitation therapy on limb function recovery of hemiplegia patients after cerebral infarction.methods The study into the object of our hospital from February 2014 to March 2016 treated 116 cases of patients with hemiplegia after cerebral infarction,digital random method was applied to the average is divided into two groups：control group in 58 cases,58 cases discussion groups,control group patients with pure application of treatment of rehabilitation training,discussion groups on the basis of the acupuncture treatment,compared two groups of patients with therapeutic effect and limb function recovery.Conclusion cerebral infarction patients with hemiplegia rehabilitation combined acupuncture treatnlent can improve patients＇ neurologic deficits,helping patients restore limb function,improve the quality of life,is worth popularizing in clinical application.
