浅谈高校财务预算管理机制的改革和创新

随着我国市场经济的飞速发展,我国高校的教育体制也处在深化改革的过程中,同时也面临着较大的市场竞争,财务管理工作是高校运营管理工作的重要组成部分。本文从高校财务预算管理的相关理论出发,分析了高校财务预算管理机制改革和创新的必要性,并研究了现阶段高校财务预算管理机制的问题,提出了几点高校财务预算管理机制的改革和创新的对策,目的在于提高高校财务预算管理机制的水平,促进高校稳定健康的发展,为社会培养出高素质的人才。

With the rapid development of China＇s market economy,The educational system of Chinese colleges and universities is also in the process of deepening reform,but also face greater competition in the market,the financial management is an important part of university management work points.This paper starts from the related theories of university financial budget management,analyzes the necessity of financial budget management mechanism of university reform and innovation,and research the present university financial budget management mechanism,put forward several points of university financial budget management mechanism reform and innovation countermeasures,aimed at improving the financial budget management mechanism of college level to promote stable and healthy development of colleges and universities,and cultivate high-quality talents for the society.
