高职英语教学实施有效翻转课堂的方式分析

Analysis on the effective way of reversing classroom in English teaching in higher vocational colleges

随着新课程改革脚步的日趋深入,人们将越来越多的目光也投入到了高等职业教育中。高等职业教育有着比较强的实践性,因此,对于课堂教学有着比较高的要求。"翻转课堂"是近些年来新兴的一种课堂教育模式,其重点在于重构教师和学生之间的关系,最大限度地激发学生的学习积极性,凸显学生在教学过程中的主体地位。从高等职业教育的特点来说,其课程讲授过程必须具备较强的实用性和普遍性,因此,传统的教育模式显然已经不能适合当下高等职业教育的发展,必须革新教育模式,创新教育理念,才能更好地培养优秀的人才。本文从实际出发,结合大量的案例,对翻转课堂方式展开了研究和论述,希望能够推动高等职业教育的发展。

With the increasing development of the new curriculum reform footsteps,more and more attention has been paid to higher vocational education.The higher vocational education has a stronger practicality.Therefore,it has higher requirement for classroom teaching.＂Flipped classroom＂is a new teaching model in recent years,it focuses on reconstructing the relationship between teachers and students,and then stimulates the enthusiasm of students and highlights the dominant position of students in the process of teaching.From the characteristics of higher vocational education,the teaching process must have strong practicability and universality.Therefore,the traditional mode of education is clearly not suitable for the higher vocational education development.We must reform the education model and innovate the education concept to cultivate the talents better.Based on the practice and a large number of cases,this paper studies and discusses the flipped classroom mode,hoping to promote the development of higher vocational education.
