摘要
近年来已有多个研究发现胰岛素样生长因子家族与肝功能情况有密不可分的关系,本文旨在介绍胰岛素样生长因子与肝硬化的关系,并介绍它对肝硬化预后及胰岛素样生长因子1在肝硬化相关治疗中的研究动态。
