摘要
数控铣床手工编程中刀具半径补偿功能应用非常广泛,正确、灵活的运用刀具半径半偿能对减少计算、简化编程和零件加工精度有着十分重要的意义。结合实际情况说明数控加工编程时刀具半径补偿功能的关键问题和遇到问题的处理方法,解决了怎样正确合理的运用刀具半径补偿功能以确保零件数控加工时的准确性等问题。对于刀具半径补偿功能指令在实际编程加工中应用中的注意事项及应用技巧提出了明确的方法。
Tool radius compensation is extensively applied in CNC lathe programming, and the accurate and flexible use of this technology is of great importance in reducing calculation, simplifying programming and parts processing. This paper discusses tool radius compensation principle and its application.
