Excel is the electronic abacus in the hands of modern financial personnel, which is the most widely used data analysis tool in daily financial management. Taking the project investment decision analy sis as an example, this paper discusses the financial management method based on Excel in order to help the financial personnel to effectively complete the financial management work and assist the decision mak ers to make the correct decision.
