高职毕业生培养质量评价分析——以襄阳职业技术学院毕业生为例

Evaluation Report on Quality of Vocational College Graduates——Case Study of Graduates of Xiangyang Polytechnic

基于2015—2017届毕业生调查反馈的数据,在对样本采集情况、主要指标变化趋势进行统计分析基础上,从就业情况、教学质量以及育人工作等方面,分析学校人才培养质量,并对存在的问题提出改进措施。

In order to evaluate the quality of talent cultivation scientifically ancl improve quality monitoring and evaluation system to improve the quality of education, this paper carries out the training quality e valuation project on graduates of year 2015-2017 of Xiangyang Polytechnic. Based on the data of graduates＇ feedback as well as the statistical analysis on the collection of samples and the trend of main index changes, this paper analyzed the quality of talent cultivation from employment situation, employment quality, train ing quality and alumni evaluation, etc. , and put forth some suggestions on to resolve the existed prob lems.
