摘要
针对现代机载设备在强电磁、高震动工作环境中高可靠性工作的要求,设计了一种适用于机载雷达系统的电气负载管理单元。所设计的电气负载管理单元以STM32处理器为核心控制器,具备大电流通断控制、过流保护、电压电流监测、状态显示、数字通信等功能,实现了雷达系统各分机的用电智能化控制及状态反馈,适用于飞机内使用28 V直流供电系统的电气环境。测试结果表明该负载管理单元各项指标满足军用机载应用要求。
In order to meet the requirement of high reliability of the modern airborne equipment in strong elec- tromagnetic and high vibration working environment, an electrical load management unit that is suitable for air- borne radar system is developed. The electrical load management unit takes STM32 processor as the core con- troller, and has the functions of large current on-off control, over-current protection, voltage and current monito- ring, status display, digital communication, etc., which realizes the power intelligent control and state feedback of the subsystem in the radar system, and it is suitable for the electrical environment of the aircraft using 28V DC power supply system. The test results show that the parameters of the load management unit meet the requirements of military airborne applications.
