摘要
本溪钢铁公司采用低成本的碳-锰-钛-铜体系,配合合理的控轧控冷工艺,开发出520 MPa汽车机械搅拌罐用钢,其各项性能和实物质量满足了搅拌罐用钢的技术标准要求,且力学性能波动范围窄。用其替代Q235结构钢后,搅拌罐整体重量减轻了15%,降低了能源消耗,有利于节能环保。
The 520 MPa steel with reduction of weight for the truck mixing drum was devel- oped by taking the eomposition system of C-Mn-Ti-Cu with low eost together with the eontrolled rolling and eooling proeess in Benxi Iron & Steel Co.. All kinds of properties and the quality of the steel produets eould meet the requirements speeified by the teehnieal standard. The total weight of the mixing drum was redueed by 15% after substituting the newly developed steel for the Q235 strueture steel and therefore the energy eonsumption was redueed, whieh was eondueive to energy eonservation and environmental proteetion.
