摘要
为了降低生铁成本,高炉使用低MgO烧结矿生产,炉渣中MgO含量大幅度降低,通过采取合理的炉料结构、提高焦炭和烧结矿质量、调整高炉操作制度等一系列措施,保证了高炉安全生产,并获得了较好的经济技术指标。
In order to cut down the cost of pig iron, the sintered ore with low content of MgO was used in BF for ironmaking and thereby the content of NgO in slag decreased sharply. By taking a series of measures such as adopting a reasonable burden structure, improving the quality of coke and sinter ore, adjusting the operating system for BF, the safety in production was ensured and good economic and technical indexes were achieved.
