摘要 采用仪器化冲击试验法对抽油杆进行冲击试验,可同时获得材料冲击吸收功和载荷-位移-能量特征曲线,通过对曲线进行分析,可得到抽油杆的动态强度与静态强度的关系,利用动-静强度的关系可方便地将抽油杆的动态强度与静态强度值进行转换,为抽油杆相关强度指标的获取提供不同途径。结合该曲线的能量特征值可以较直观地看出常温下抽油杆材料的强-韧性配合情况,为抽油杆的工艺应用提供参考。 The impact absorption work and load--displacement--energy characteristic curves of suck rod material can be obtained at the same time by the impact test of sucker rod. The relationship between the dynamic strength and the static strength of the sucker rod can be obtained by analyzing the curves, and the conversion between the dynamic strength and the static strength can be implemented by using the relationship, which provides a new way for obtaining the strength index of the sucker rod. The coordination relationship between strength and toughness of sucker rod material at room temperature can be obtained more intuitively from the load-displacementenergy characteristic curve, providing reference for the application of sucker rods.
