摘要
通过对法兰表面采用不同的处理方法,研究表面粗糙度对法兰理化检验数据的影响,确定法兰理化检验时粗糙度的合理范围,为法兰自动化检验中的打磨装置提供数据支持,确保打磨质量满足检验要求。
The influence of surface roughness of flange on its physical and chemical test data is studied by using different surface pro-cessing methods, and the reasonable range of roughness is determined in the physical and chemical test of flange, which provides datasupport for the grinding device in the flange automation inspection, and ensures the quality of the grinding to meet the inspection require-ments.
