摘要
目的对颅面部软硬组织参数进行定量分析,寻找影响面部侧貌美学评价的相关因素。方法对48位年轻女性做出侧貌美学评价后进行软硬组织x线头影测量。结果从21个头影测量软组织测量项目中,筛选出4个面部侧貌美学敏感指标。上下颌骨相对位置,上下切牙倾斜度与筛选出的软组织敏感指标有相关性。结论筛选出的各项软组织侧貌美学敏感指标与特定的硬组织指标之间存在相关关系,在正畸临床治疗中,有针对性的纠正硬组织异常有助于改善软组织不调,从而改善面部侧貌美观。
Objectives To make quantitative analysis of the craniofacial hard and soft characertistics,and to look for characteristics contributing to facial profile.Methods All Cephalometric radiographs were measured by Winceph8.0 software.Results Four soft tissue characteristics which were closely ralated to facial profile attracttiveness stood out from these 21 variables.The relative position of mandible to maxillary and torque of front teeth had an effect on the selected soft tissue characteristics. Conclusion The selected soft tissue characteristics were related to some certain hard tissue characteristics.Orthodontists might improve facial profile attractiveness by correction of hard tissue abnormalities.
