正畸治疗对牙周炎炎性状态及牙周状态的影响分析

目的对牙周炎患者开展正畸治疗,并对患者的牙周炎炎性状态以及患者的牙周状态进行对比分析。方法选取我院收治的牙周炎患者110例作为研究对象,对其进行临床随机编码将其分为对照组(1～55号)与观察组(56～110号),对照组采用常规方法进行治疗,观察组采用常规方法+正畸疗法,在两组患者临床治疗完成之后对其临床治疗效果进行对比分析。结果观察组患者治疗后,其炎性状态改善状况要明显优于对照组患者,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组患者的牙周状态改善情况要明显优于对照组患者的改善情况,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)结论对于牙周炎患者。

Objective To conduct orthodontic treatment for periodontitis patients,and to compare the inflammatory state of periodontitis and periodontal status of patients.Methods in the control group （55 cases）,the routine treatment was used in the clinical treatment.In the observation group （55 cases）,conventional treatment combined orthodontic therapy was carried out in the clinical treatment.The clinical treatment effect of the two groups was compared and analyzed after the clinical treatment was completed.Results The difference between the two groups was statistically significant, that is（P〈0.05）.Conclusion Orthodontic treatment in periodontitis patients can effectively control periodontitis in patients with periodontitis.
