笑气舒适龈上洁治的心得体会

Laughing gas comfortable in supragingival scaling experience

目的总结笑气在牙周病患者龈上洁治过程中的镇痛临床效果,探寻增加牙周病患者治疗过程的舒适度的有效方法。方法选取我院2016年1月~2018年6月我科室笑气舒适龈上洁治患者180人,总结其临床效果。结论牙周病患者在笑气吸入下行超声龈上洁治,可有效减轻患者疼痛感,增加龈上洁治在牙周治疗中的舒适度。

Objective To summarize the analgesic effect of laughing gas in periodontal patients with supragingival scaling and explore an effective method to increase the comfort level of periodontal patients.Methods A total of 180 patients with supragingival scaling in our department from January 2016 to June 2018 were randomly collected,and their clinical effects were summarized.Conclusion Supragingival scaling in patients with periodontal disease can effectively relieve the pain of patients and increase the comfort level of supragingival scaling in periodontal treatment.
