摘要
目的通过1例成人开牙合的调牙合治疗,探讨调牙合在成人开牙合治疗中的应用。方法选取我院2017年1例就诊的因上颌双侧后牙缺失长期不修复引起咬合干扰,而导致前牙及双尖牙开牙合的患者,通过5次调牙合进行治疗。结果患者的咬合关系良好,正中、前伸、侧方咬合时无早接触。结论对于因咬合干扰引起开牙合的成年患者,调牙合可以获得较好的治疗效果。
Objective To discuss the principleofocclusal adjustmentin adult open bite through the treatment of an adult patient with open bite.Methods An adult open bite patient with occlusal interference caused by the long-term non-restoring of the maxillary posterior teeth asked for treatment.The patient was treated by 5 occlusal adjustments.Results The patient had good occlusion without occlusal interference.Conclusion Occlusal adjustment can be used for treating adult open bite caused byocclusal interference.
