在新常态新形势下我县农村土地流转也进入新模式、新阶段,出现了新情况,在农业产业结构转型升级、土地适度规模化经营、精准扶贫、乡村振兴等方面发挥了积极作用,但也面临着许多新的问题,需要进一步探索与分析,提出一些对策与建议。
