摘要
开展林业技术培训是实施科教兴林战略的主要内容之一。林业产业目前对林业技术工人有着极大的需求,但目前我国林业技术培训工作在规模、针对性、质量等方面与强大技术需求不相适应,不能满足产业发展的需求。因此采取科学选题、严密课程设计等措施,多层次、多渠道、多形式大规模开展林业技术培训。是当今林业发展的必然。文章通过对目前产业技术队伍的现状分析,就如何对林业技术工人进行等级培训进行了探讨,并提出了有效的方法和建议。
Developing forestry technical training is one of the main contents of the strategy of rejuvenating forestry through science and education. There is a great demand for forestry technical workers in forestry industry at present, but at present the forestry technical training work in our country does not adapt to the strong technical demand in scale, pertinence and quality, and can not meet the demand of industry development. Therefore, scientific topics, strict curriculum design and other measures, multi-level, multi-channel, multi-form large-scale forestry technology training. It is the necessity of forestry development today. Based on the analysis of the present situation of the industrial technical team, this paper discusses how to train the forestry technical workers on a grade basis, and puts forward some effective methods and recommendations
