负压吸引治疗下颌骨单囊成釉细胞瘤的临床疗效观察

Clinical observation of negative pressure suction drainage for large unicystic ameloblastoma

目的评价下颌骨单囊型成釉细胞瘤的保守治疗方法。方法采用开窗后负压吸引方式保守治疗。结果随访1年,4例完全愈合,复发2例,复发率为28.5%,均为局部复发,后期通过二次手术局部扩大切除,无效1例。结论负压吸引保守治疗下颌骨单囊成釉细胞瘤是切实可行有效的方法。

Objective To evaluate the conservative therapy for Unicystic ameloblastoma.Methods Negative pressure suction were used after fenestration as a conservative therapy.Results The followup period were 1 year,4 cases were cured and 2 cases recurrence,the recurrent rate was 28.5%.The recurrence was local recurrence,which were underwent wide local excision,1 case invalid.Conclusion The conservative therapy of negative pressure suction for unicystic ameloblastoma of the mandible is feasible and effective method
