“双一流”高校图书馆APP应用现状调查研究

Research on APP Application of "Double First-Class" Academic Libraries

文章通过访问"双一流"高校图书馆网站、下载APP、收集新闻资讯、参考相关文献等方式,对其服务内容、开发模式、交互功能等方面进行调查与研究。结果显示:我国"双一流"高校移动图书馆APP在建设与应用的过程中存在拓展功能不足、功能模块缺乏结合读者需求深入细致的设计、缺乏个性化推送功能服务、高校移动图书馆APP之间合作性不强和移动图书馆APP宣传推广力度小等问题。因此,文章提出以用户需求为导向,提供个性化服务;加大宣传与推广的力度;加强移动图书馆APP开发者之间的交流与合作的建议,以使移动图书馆APP能够为高校师生提供更好的移动服务。

By the methods of accessing to ＂ Double First-Class＂ academic libraries websites, downloading the APP, collecting the news and information and referring to the related literature, this article investigates and researches the mobile libraries APP from the content, development mode, function and so on. Results show that there are some problems in the process of construction and applica- tion of Chinag ＂ Double First-Class＂ mobile libraries APP such as the deficiencies of expanding function, function module lacking of detail design for the readers＇demands, lacking of personalized push function, the weak cooperation between the mobile APP of academ- ic libraries, failing to pay enough attention to the promotion of mobile libraries APP. Therefore, this article puts froward to provide bet- ter mobile smwices for teachers and students in colleges and universities from making the users＇needs as the guidance, providing per- sonalized smwices, intensifying propaganda and promotion, strengthening the exchanges and cooperation between the mobile libraries APP developers. 8 refs.
