甘蔗引进品种与云割F_3亲本遗传力与配合力分析 被引量:4

摘要 【目的】利用含甘蔗野生血缘的云割F_3代创新亲本与引进亲本选配杂交组合31个及双对照,分析组合后代的6个主要农艺性状的遗传效应。【方法】将亲本组合后代实生苗按3重复随机排列种植于大田中,于甘蔗成熟期调查株高、茎径、锤度、丛有效茎,应用R软件计算分析亲本组合的遗传力与配合力。【结果】云割F_3亲本及组合对后代茎径、株高、丛有效茎3个性状影响均达到极显著水平;所用亲本的遗传力表现明显不同,6个性状中,茎径、株高、丛有效茎3个性状表现优异,在组合、父本和母本中的遗传力均大于50%;一般配合力表现较好的材料有作为母本的云瑞11-95和作为父本的云瑞03-73、云瑞10-688和云瑞03-78;特殊配合力较好的组有CP72-2086×云瑞03-73、云蔗07-2007×云瑞03-78、云蔗08-1606×云瑞10-688、福农39×云瑞03-393、粤糖96-86×云瑞11-95、德蔗93-94×云瑞11-97、CP82-1592×云瑞03-73、福农0335×云瑞10-688。【结论】云瑞11-95×凉蔗-2、云蔗03-194×云瑞03-78和赣南02-70×云瑞11-95等11个组合为高产、高糖型组合;粤糖93-159×云瑞11-95、云蔗03-194×云瑞10-1241、CO285×云瑞03-73和Q72×云瑞10-1182等4个组合属高产组合。 [ Objective] Heredity effects of six major characters were studied using two control varieties and tbirty-one combinations coming from introduced sugarcane varieties and Yunnan Spontaneum F3. [ Method] The seedlings of parents combinations were randomly planted in field, and the plant height, stem diameter, brix and stem of sugarcane were investigated at maturity stage, R software was used to calculate and analyze the heritability and combining ability of parental combinations. [ Result] The parents of Yunnan Spontaneun F3 and their combi- nation had extremely significant different in 3 characters of height, diameter and stalk number;the contribution of broad-sense heritability were dfft)rent from height, diameter and stalk number, and they were all greater than 50 % in parents and their combinations. Among these parents, YR11 1-95 as excellent female parents had good general combining ability, and YR03-73, YR10-688 and YR03-78 as excellent male parents were better. Several outstanding combinations with high yield and high sugar content combination were CP72-2086 × Yunmi03-73, YZ07-2007 × YR03-78, YZ08-1606 ×YR10-688, FN39 ×YR03-393, YT96-86 ×YR11-95, DZ93-94 × YR11-97, CP82-1592 × YR03-73, FN0335 × YR10-688. [ Conclusion] High yield and high sugar type combinations were YR11-95 × LZ-2, YZ03-194 × YR03-78 and GN02-70 ×YRll-95. High yield combinations were YT93-159 × YR11-95, YZ03-194 × YR10- 1241, CO285 × YR03-73 and Q72 × YR10-1182.
