摘要
【目的】探讨温度对烟草物质代谢的影响。【方法】采用色谱质谱方法研究了在烟株伸根期、旺长期和成熟期温度对类黄酮物质、香气物质、生物碱、糖类、氨基酸、有机酸等代谢物含量影响。【结果】在烟株伸根期温度变化对香气物质、氨基酸、有机酸等代谢物的含量影响较大,旺长期的温度变化对类黄酮、香气物质、有机酸等代谢物含量影响较大,成熟期的温度变化对类黄酮、香气物质、氨基酸、有机酸等代谢物含量影响较大。筛选出在伸根期、旺长期和成熟期有显著性差异的代谢物分别有11、17和15个,差异性代谢物平均变化倍率分别为2. 6、3. 7和3. 2倍。【结论】旺长期温度对烟草物质代谢影响最大,成熟期和伸根期次之。
[ Objective] The impact of temperature on the content of flavonoids, aroma, alkaloids, sugars, amino acids and organic acids in different field growth periods of tobacco plant was analyzed in this paper. [ Method ] The study was performed using chromatography-mass spectrometl7 based method. [ Result] The statistic result showed that in root spreading stage, temperature change had much influence on the content of aroma, amino acids and organic acids. In fast growing period, temperature change had nmch influence on the content of fla- vonoids, aroma and organic acids, while in maturing period temperature change had nmch influence on the content of flavonoids, aroma, a- nfino acids and organic acids. Eleven significant differential metabolites with change ratio 2.6, 17 significant differential metabolites with change ratio 3.7, and 15 significant differential metabolites with change ratio 3.2 were extracted fl'om root spreading period, fast growing pe- riod and maturing period, respectively. [ Conclusion ] The fast-growing period with more differential metabolites and larger change ratio of the metabolites showed temperature change in this period influenced tobacco metabolism deeper than that in the rest two periods.
