On Shared Development

在党的十八届五中全会上,习近平总书记提出"共享发展"理念,这也是对马克思主义发展理论的继承和创新,是党的理念的突破性发展。在正确理解"共享发展"理念的理论来源和思想内涵基础上,提高各区域、全体人民的共享能力和水平,科学把握共享发展的时代价值。
