摘要
幼儿对自己的认识取决于教师对其进行的评价。当前幼儿教师的评价行为普遍存在一些问题:纪律管理的评价居多、笼统性评价和横向比较居多、"口号式"评价泛滥、评价的对象固定等等,可以从教师和幼儿园两方面提出针对性的改进策略:教师树立正确的评价观和掌握必要的评价知识,幼儿园建立健全教师评价行为的监管和规范制度,促进幼儿教师对幼儿进行正确合理的日常评价。
Children's understanding of themselves comes from their teachers" evaluation. There are many common problems in the evaluation behaviors of preschool teachers, mostly discipline evaluation, mostly general evaluation, mostly peer comparison, mostly " slogan-like" evaluation, fixed evaluation targets, to name just a few. Concerning these problems, some targeted correcting methods can be taken. Teachers are suggested to set up right evaluation values and learn necessary evaluating methods. The kindergartens are suggested to set up and perfect the supervising and regulating mechanism on teachers" evaluating, thus helping teachers make right and reasonable daily evaluation on students.
