摘要
郭文红老师是一名出色的数学教师,为了提升自己,她主动申请当班主任,希望给孩子的将来留下一抹温馨的记忆。她创造性地在班上开展了许多让孩子们难忘的活动——班级日记、家长讲座、学生颁奖、社会实践、走向大自然……让孩子的童年充满诗情画意而又妙趣横生。取得成就之后,她不愿意重复自己,继续把难题当课题,研究如何把评语写出个性,研究怎么把偶发事件变成教育契机,研究怎么让每一个孩子都找到自己的尊严,研究如何让家校合作更有实效,研究如何科学而专业地引导和矫正"特殊儿童"。这些潜心研究,同时都是不懈的行动,使她能够不断超越自己。
Ms. Guo is once an excellent mathematics teacher, and to improve herself she volunteers to work as a form teacher, hoping to leave her students with warm memories. She creatively carries out quite a few unforgettable classroom activities for her students: class diary, parents’ lectures, students’ awards, social practice, and getting close to nature, etc. to fill students’ lives with poetic charms and interest. Yet, Ms. Guo is not satisfi ed with what she has achieved and she is not willing to repeat herself. She continues to conduct some projects to solve difi cult problems and to carry out research on how to give her students personal assessments, on how to use incidental events as good educational opportunities, on how to help every student'nd their dignities, on how to make more efiective the cooperation between school and family, and on how to guide and remedy exceptional children scientifically and professionally.
