The hybrid structure of composite laminates and metal connections has been widely applied in the design of aircraft fuselage and wings. The location of connections is often the most dangerous part of the structures. How to improve the safety of joint has become one of the main concerns of aircraft designers. In view of this, taking laminate structure and aluminum alloy connection structure subjected to tensile load as the research object, aiming at the structural model of five-bolt single lap and double lap, considering the temperature load at the same time, the influence of temperature on the nail load distribution of hybrid structure of composite and metal is numerically simulated. The simulation results show that the nail load distribution of the hybrid structure of composite and aluminum alloy is U type. The middle part is low, and the two sides are high. The temperature load has great influence on the nail load distribution on both sides. The analysis results have some certain reference significance for the lap design of composite and metal.
