摘要
汽车转向器管柱是汽车转向系统的重要组成部件,其在轴向以及径向的调节舒适度和保持稳定性是决定一款汽车转向器管柱品质的重要工艺参数。本文首先论述了转向器管柱四向力试验台的总体设计,然后对其试验方法进行了抽象建模,最后给出该试验台的软件界面及功能介绍。
Automobile steering column is an important component of automobile steering system. Its axial and radial adjustment comfort and stability are important technological parameters which determine the quality of automobile steering column. The overall design of four-way force test bench for steering column is discussed in the paper, and the abstract modeling of the test method is established. Finally, the software interface and function of the test bench are introduced.
