摘要
焦炭质量是高炉生产操作取得良好指标的关键,使用高反应性焦炭能增强炉内的还原气氛,促进含铁炉料的还原,而料层透气性不会有显著变化。此外,焦炭反应性的提高有利于提高含铁炉料进入软熔带和滴落带时的金属化率,减少进入软熔带和滴落带炉料中FeO的含量,有利于改善高炉内含铁炉料的软熔滴落性能。
The coke quality is the key to the production operation of blast furnace. The use of highly reactive coke can enhance the reducing atmosphere in the furnace and promote the reduction of iron-bearing furnace, and the permeability of the material layer will not change significantly. In addition, the increase of coke reactivity is conducive to improving the metallization rate of iron-bearing furnace materials entering the soft melt zone and the drop zone, reducing the content of FeO in the soft melt zone and drop zone furnace materials, and improving the soft melt drop performance of the iron-containing furnace materials in the blast furnace.
