摘要
宣钢2号高炉自2017年10月初开始,受焦炭质量逐步变差,外购焦及自产焦炭灰分高的影响,导致料柱透气性变差,边缘温度发死,热负荷水平低,炉墙开始出现结厚,料动转差并且频繁出现悬料、崩料现象。风量从4900m^3/min萎缩至3000m^3/min,加风困难,最终导致炉况失常。通过退矿批轻负荷、降低炉体冷却强度、调整装料制度发展边缘气流、加净焦热酸洗以及堵部分风口提高鼓风动能等措施,至11月13日炉况逐步恢复正常,并且在后续的生产中保持了稳定顺行,取得了良好的技术、经济指标。
No.2 blast furnace of Xuanhua Iron and Steel Company since the beginning of October 2017, the coke quality gradually becomes poor, influence of purchased coke and coke ash produced high, resulting in gas permeability variation, the edge temperature dead, heat load level is low, the furnace wall began to appear thicker, dynamic and frequent slip hanging and collapse phenomenon. The air volume from 4900m 3 /min to 3000m 3/min fand atrophy, with wind difficulties, eventually lead to abnormality of furnace condition. Through the back batch of ore light load, reducing the cooling rate, the furnace flow and development margin adjust charging system plus net heat coke and pickling plugging tuyere part of blast kinetic energy and other measures, to November 13th the furnace gradually returned to normal, and maintain the stable operation in the subsequent production, good technical and economic indices were obtained.
