摘要
本文通过分析新建变电站自动化远动三遥验收的内容和方法,建立一个量化的信号验收时间模型,进而推导出三遥数据量的验收时间,为基建新站合理安排工程进度,明确调度数据通讯连接、质监验收、变电站启动等关键节点时间提供依据。
The content and method of acceptance of automatic remote signaling 3 in new built station were analyzed. A quantitative signal acceptance time model was established. Then, the acceptance time of three remote data was deduced. The reference of clear scheduling data communication links, quality supervision acceptance, substation start-up and other key node time were provided for reasonable arrangement of project progress of new station f construction.
