级联H桥整流器电容电压平衡控制策略研究 被引量:3

摘要 针对级联H桥整流器采用传统的电容电压平衡控制策略时,由于H桥模块投切次数较多,开关器件存在较高的开关频率和较多的开关损耗等问题,本文提出了一种优化的电容电压平衡控制策略并基于Matlab/Simulink仿真软件搭建模型进行仿真验证分析。结果表明该策略可以有效平衡电容电压,并降低开关器件的投切次数。 Aiming at the problems of large number of switching times and high switching frequency and large switching losses of switch device when the cascaded H bridge rectifier under the traditional capacitor voltage balancing control strategy, an optimized capacitor voltage optimization balance control strategy was proposed. The model was built on Matlab/ Simulink simulation software and the simulation analysis was carried out. The results showed that the using the strategy could effectively balance the capacitor voltage and reduce the number of switching devices.
