The influence of the mineral admixture on the durability of concrete for the PC box girder

摘要 依托嘉鱼长江公路大桥北边跨C55宽幅闭合PC箱梁,通过抗氯离子渗透试验、碳化试验、快速冻融试验及抗硫酸盐侵蚀性能试验,研究了矿物掺和料对混凝土耐久性的影响。基于试验结果,进一步研究了粉煤灰掺量对混凝土耐久性的影响,得出了在一定掺量范围内粉煤灰能明显提升混凝土耐久性的结论,验证了粉煤灰和矿粉复掺对混凝土耐久性的提升作用,为进一步研究粉煤灰和矿粉复掺合理掺量范围打下了基础。 Based on the broad wi&th C55 PC box girders of nor'th side span of Jiayu Yan g'tze River Highway Bridge , the influence of the mineral admix'ture on the durabilPty of the concre'te was s'tudied by a series of tests including chlorine anion pene'tration resis't ance test, carbonization test, expeditious freeze thaw test and sulfa're resis'tance test. From the experimen'tal resuhs, fur'ther research that the influence of differen't fly ash contents on the durabili'ty of the concre'te was conduc'ted. It was concluded that the du rabilPty of concre'te could be significantiy improved by a cer'tain dosage range of fly ash. Subsequentiy,'the promotion effect of combined admix'ture of fly ash and mineral powder on the durabilPty of concre'te was verified, which laid a solid foundation for fur'ther re search on the es'tablishmen't of the rational admix'ture amounL
